China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited today republished financial information contained within the Disclosure Statement for the year ended 31 December 2015. The original Disclosure Statement dated 16 March 2016 did not include certain comparative information required by New Zealand Generally Accepted Accounting Practice and the Registered Bank Disclosure Statements (New Zealand Incorporated Registered Bank) Order 2014 (as amended) and this republication is to correct the omission. The republished Disclosure Statement also includes a description of certain events that occurred between 16 March 2016 and 4 May 2016.
