China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited today republished Disclosure Statement for the nine months ended 30 September 2016.  The original Disclosure Statement dated 28 November 2016, inadvertently recorded in Note 13 - Concentration of Credit Exposure for Individual Counterparties, one non-bank counterparty with an A rating or above as 'Unrated' having an aggregate credit exposure and peak end of day credit exposure of between 10% - 14%.  This republished Disclosure Statement represents this change to reflect the non-bank counterparty as 'A' rated.  There is no change to the total number of non-bank counterparties with an aggregate credit exposure and peak end of day credit exposure of between 10% - 14%.

The republished Disclosure Statement also updates certain event that occurred between 28 November 2016 and 21 December 2016.
